Die Nähe zur Therme und gleichzeitig Fussläufigkeit in den Ort waren sehr angenehm. Das Personal war durchgängig sehr freundlich und der Service exzellent.

Es war kalt. Keine Heizung! Das Schwimmbad sollte lt. Ankündigung seit April benützbar sein, doch die Solaranlage zum Aufheizen war Mitte Mai noch nicht in Betrieb. Ein Betrieb bei 17 Grad Wassertemperatur ist nun wirklich nicht möglich. Wir bekamen zudem keinen Leihbademantel, um wenigstens die Liegen am Pool benützen zu können. Der Zimmersafe ist veraltet, nur mit einem Schlüssel sperrbar und hat keinen persönlich zu wählenden digitalen Code. Somit ist er nur eingeschränkt sicher.

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera accogliente e pulizia ottima. Abbiamo anche prenotato il massaggio di coppia e siamo rimasti contenti della gentilezza e bravura delle massaggiatrici Tessa e Sara!
