Renovierungsbedürftig! Vor allem die sanitären Anlagen. Nachts zu laut (bellende Hunde, Pumpe oder Generator läuft Tag und Nacht) und vor allem die Straße zum Strand ist viel befahren und laut. Eine Überdachung (Schatten) für die Autos fehlt. Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Personal ist nett und sehr bemüht. Die Reinigungskräfte sind leisten ebenfalls tolle Arbeit. Super ist auch die Größe der Zimmer und des Balkons. Frühstück ist immer gleich aber absolut ausreichend und auch schön hergerichtet. Auch hier passt der Service. Wer sich im Urlaub nicht im Hotel aufhalten will und hauptsächlich einen Stützpunkt für seine Tagestouren braucht kann (mit Ohrenstöpseln) gut eine Woche hier verbringen. Achtung: Die Liegen und Schirme vom Hotel am Strand sind kostenpflichtig und zwar pro Strandtag. Das wird einem vorher nicht gesagt.

Camera grande, bagno di giuste dimensioni ma da aggiornare un po. Ottima e abbondante colazione, così come la cena. Molto comoda la spiaggia attrezzata e la navetta per raggiungerla. Personale molto gentile.

"Lovely Hotel, Staff and Food"

We recently stayed a week here in June and were very satisfied with the hotel, especially for the price we paid for 7 nights. The staff were probably the nicest staff I have experienced in a hotel. The room was perfect with a lovely view of the mountains. The buffet breakfast was fine and we had dinner once in the evening which was very nice. The hotel has its own beds at the local campus beach which is a 12 min walk from the hotel. The receptionist would always gladly ring for taxis and provide us with any information we needed. The only issue we had was getting into town. We always needed taxis. We went in early June and the transport was less frequent. it was very poor but I did hear its more frequent a bit further into June and throughout the summer. There is also a public bus shuttle service which starts later in June but we were too early for that but it would have been very helpful. Overall lovely pleasant stay but a pity about the weather. Would definitely recommend

"Beautiful location, clean hotel, excellent staff"

We spent 5 days for holiday in August 2018 at Le Zagare. This hotel has an excellent location where one can enjoy nature as well as relax on the beach or by the pool. The location is very accessible by public transport which is considerably good, there is a public bus which passes around every 2 hours (check time-tables) but they keep to the time too. Buses are from Cagliari to Villasimius and area around and back, frequent stops with a stop only 5 minutes away from hotel by walk. Hotel offers shuttle bus to the beach - which is excellent. Hotel facilities are very good, staff go out of their way to help you. We were on half-board. Breakfast is on a buffet basis - not too large but selection is sufficient - no toasted bread is served and we had to ask for spoons at every meal. Dinner was good too some days it is half-plated on others it is buffet. Make sure to be there on a Thursday if you love fish. I would stay there again without second thoughts.

"Must improve WiFi and pool"

If you want to keep 4 stars, you Must improve: You change all the towels in the room every day. This is not needed and is bad for the environment. Most hotels in the world have the towel-on-floor-to-change system. You change the soap every second day. This is not needed and is bad for the environment. After six days we found out we have to pay for fresh pool towels (after third refresh) . That is good for the environment. You should mention that on your website. Your fruit is sometimes too hard to eat at breakfast. You should only serve ripe fruit. Sometimes all your tomatos are green at breakfast. See photo. You should only serve red Italian tomatos. The pool is open from 10:00 - 13:00 and 15:00 - 19:00. You probably close the pool for the safety of children. Most hotels keep the pool open 24/7 and simply have a warning sign when the life guard is away. That is much more convenient for people without young children. After seven days we found out you have a ping pong table. a ping pong table is entertaining. You should mention that on your website. When guests come to the breakfast table, the staff should come and offer coffee. We usually went to the barrista at the counter and ordered the coffee ourselves. Most staff speak no English or bad English. WiFi is slow and only available near the reception and usually NOT working. 1 Mbit/s is very slow. You must improve the WiFi speed and range. You must fix the WiFi connection. We are now in a different 4 star hotel: the WiFi is available in the rooms, it works all the time and the speed: 7 Mbit/s.

"Bellissimo albergo ma personale pessimo.paraculo"

Ho chiesto la cena in camera mi è stato detto le portiamo i rimasugli.davvero squallido dopo aver pagato 340 euro per due notti. Mi dispiace. A aroma mi hanno trattata da re nell hotel Grand hotel da voi prenotato mi pagando 44 euro a notte .poi quello che si consuma è diverso.ho sempre lasciato la mancia.
