Politeness of the staff and willingness to help with all the issues I am having

Weird steps down to the luggage locker. I had to carry on my luggage all way down. No elevator. Also, there is no lounge space at the reception. No place where I could spend my idle time. The reception more looks like a quick check-in/check out space. It has nothing to do with the staff itself, who was very welcoming and kind.

"Prima verblijf voor een korte stedentrip"

Goede centrale ligging, vrijwel alles op loopafstand. Schone kamers met een gezellig balkon. Ruime badkamer met een goede douche.

Je hoort het minste al van andere hotelgasten. Tv of een simpel gesprek kun je zo mee luisteren. Van de straat hoor je ook wel wat maar dat is nou eenmaal met deze locatie dat is niet het ergste.

Die perfekte Lage in der Altstadt. Zur Metro nur wenige Schritte. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Damen in der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trinkwasser steht rund um die Uhr kostenlos zur Verfügung. Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen. Wir haben es ohne Frühstück gebucht. Frühstücken kann man beim Bäcker quasi direkt vor der Tür oder in den vielen Restaurants nebenan.

Muy buena atención del personal, sobre todo recepción, buen desayuno buffet, habitación, con balcón, cómoda y limpia, excelente ubicación del hotel, cercano a la estación de tren, ayuntamiento, mercado, etc. en la zona tienes se todo. Volvería.

Great location. The room is very spacious and clean. The balcony is a big plus. Will stay here again if we return to Valencia.

The hotel asked for a prepayment via a local payment link rather than by charging the credit card already provided on Booking.com.
