Les habitacions àmplies, els banys són nous, els balcó de l'habitació és excel·lent, l'habitació amb vistes a la natura, molt ben situat, i un personal excel·lent! Vam arribar tard de nit i ens van atendre. Ho fan molt pocs hotels això. Tracte excepcional!

Faltaria reformar el parquet de les habitacions, però tot lo demés està molt bé.

La ubicación

Llegamos y estaba sucia la habitación, solo un toalla grande y el conjunto de toallas pequeñas para 4 personas, tuve que pedir y me dieron enseguida, luego un tornillo salido en la entrada al baño en el suelo, con posibilidad de romperse el pie, pero el personal de recepción, resolutivos. Luego mando de la TV sin tapa de pilas, con pilas gastadas tuve qué solicitar pilas y me decían que mantenimiento no les trajo, siendo que no es problema del cliente y me pasaron pilas del mando de recepcion. En general, le falta un mantenimiento de la infraestructura del hotel. El bufet muchas bollerías, para las personas que no comemos ese tipo de comida es decepcionante, luego salado muchos choricillos, pero nada de jamón serrano. Solo un tipo de jamón dulce, el primer día, lo mejor huevo frito, pero en segundo día, nada de huevo frito, lo reemplazan por tortilla. El pan bimbo!!!! Algo de pan que parece del palles pero no lo es!! Un solo tipo de cereal; chocolate y arroz...zumos prefabricados, Mejor desayunar fuera. Para los que no comemos bollería.

Aparcamiento y ubicación. Personal de comedor muy amable.

El spa en muy mal estado. Sauna no funciona, duchas sin funcionar, jacuzzi hirviendo. Y precio 5€ aunque estés alojado en el hotel. Tras varias quejas sin arreglarlo. Temperatura del hotel, demasiado alta. Dificultad para dormir. Sin posibilidad de regular temperatura. En general, hotel con mucha falta de mantenimiento ( pintura en mal estado, mobiliario roto, enchufes rotos, etc…) Calidad de la comida muy pésima. El exterior del hotel , zonas comunes( piscina, Ping-pong…) dejado. Sucio Sin wifi ni cobertura móvil. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad de las cosas.
