Comfortable bed. Within 10 mins drive of city centre

I stayed in the annexe. Dirty, run down property, which isn’t part of the main hotel building. Was meant to have a locked main entrance with keycode to enter, but door was permanently unlocked throughout the stay. Inside of annexe stairwell area was dirty. Stairs looked like the are never hoovered. Room was small & hot. No air con. I asked for a fan which I was given at reception. Bed comfy which was the only saving grace.

Our room was large, clean & comfortable. Lovely borders biscuits with teas/coffees. Good location, not far from city centre

Staff at breakfast were not overly friendly. Breakfast was cold…. Having said that, it was extremely busy as there was a wedding party
