Excellent location so close to the port. Night porter was very helpful for our late hours check-in. Great communication prior to arrival.

Arrived at 4am and they had a night porter to let me check in. Much appreciated 👍🏼

Breakfast offered a good selection to suit all tastes and I opted for porridge which was made for me soecially and it was very good. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The only problem we encountered was water seeping out of the wetroom onto the slippy tiles. I had a fall here two years ago so we used the drip mat and several towels on the floor to ensure good footing coming out of the shower.

The hotel was clean and spacious

The staff had to be found. The building was extremely over heated. At breakfast when I asked about the continental breakfast I was told majority was removed to prevent the coach party of clearing it out.

Staf were freindly and helpfull. The food was excelent at night, but the brakefast was just ok. The ingredients they put in the cooked breakfast could be of better quality.

Poor breakfast ingreadiants.

This hotel is wonderful! The rooms are spacious and everything you need. The food was amazing in the pub and breakfast was great for £10 each. Staff were lovely. Definitely be returning.
