GBExcellent location, walkable to everywhere, felt perfectly safe. Occasional late night/early morning noise outside, but I can't imagine where that's not the case in Palermo. Plentiful breakfast, though all sweet so less good for the health conscious! Comfortable room with a small but perfectly adequate bathroom. (A larger person might struggle a bit in the shower).
Nothing major at all. The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work, but the host gave me more sachets of shower gel/shampoo. The sink plug mechanism was dodgy, but it functioned OK.
