Het prachtige zwembad , en wij hadden het mooiste appartement

We spent 10 wonderful days at Agriturismo Le Rondini Di Francesco Di Assisi and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent: peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet perfectly situated for visiting both Assisi and Perugia. The property itself is very green, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The swimming pool and surrounding area were great places to relax after a day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the shaded parking area, which kept the car cool during the warm summer days. Our two-room apartment was simple but fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals, and we especially loved the bed, which was sturdy and extremely comfortable—exactly the way we like it. Having air conditioning both in the living room/kitchen area and in the bedroom made a big difference and ensured a pleasant indoor temperature at all times. A special mention goes to Luisa, who was an exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful host throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home.

A few small points could be improved: the pillows were a bit thin for our preference, the foldable sofa bed was not particularly comfortable, and the kitchen chairs were rather basic. However, these were only minor issues and did not detract from what was otherwise an excellent stay.

The place was even more amazing than the pictures! Staying with children was easy and we were made to feel very welcome. The host was really friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast in the garden was a lovely start to the day. The pool area and children's playground were peaceful and suited our needs. The location was good for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. All in all a lovely place that we could come back to again anytime! We highly recommend it <3

The breakfast was good and of good quality, but not very varied. The breakfast was the same all week, so it would have been nice to have some variety. Fresh fruit, for example, would have been a nice addition!

Posto fantastico, un oasi di pace situato tra i campi di lavanda umbri con vista su Assisi. A pochi km da Perugia e da Assisi. Rilassarsi in piscina e nel giardino curatissimo al rientro dalle stancanti gite è stato il must. Camera spaziosa, pulita, fornita di tutto il necessario e letti comodi. Struttura gestita dalla signora Luisa, una persona gentilissima e sempre attenta al benessere dei suoi ospiti. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura

Situation centrale en Ombrie parfait pour les visites et les randonnées. Le plus est l'accueil et le personnel au petit soin.

De locatie is prima. Goed zwembad en goede parkeergelegenheid. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Assisi is prachtig en 20 min rijden. Verder zijn Spello, Perugia en Bevagna de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Als we een advies mogen geven dan zijn nieuwe bedjes bij het zwembad meer dan welkom. Deze zijn wat aan de harde kant.
