We stayed in the new rooms and they were clean, comfy and warm

No allocated parking. We stayed with a newborn and there was no parking available in front of our room. It was occupied by visitors. We were advised to park our car on the road. With the price we paid for the room, it’s the least that could be offered. The gym is an accident waiting to happen. Equipment is old and is not safe at all! Informed staff who state it is being upgraded but no signage at all. Do better!

We stayed in the new apartments next to the pool. The beds are so comfy, rooms are very beautiful.

I didn’t like the fact that there weren’t car parks allocated to the rooms. I had a newborn and my car park was taken by visitors. Numbered car parks would be helpful. The car parks were very small too

Taps didn’t work properly and the wallpaper was peeling

We had a superior studio and it was great for my two kids and I. It's modern, comfortable and well styled. We will gladly stay again if we find ourselves in the area again.

Location was good and central to our needs

The whole complex was "tired" and dated which made if feel dirty. The age and structure was historic, but the wallpaper, bathroom, curtains etc were tired, torn or just dirty looking. The shower "door" was useless for holding water over the tub, and the whole bathroom floor and toilet got very wet. there was no ventilation in the bathroom, leading to a damp feeling in the room.
