The location was good friendly service

Dated, beds were uncomfortable, noise from street intersections and smelt

Shower pressure was good and location good for the AmeriCARna weekend

Shower head so low we had to bend quite a bit to wash hair, noting I'm short by default. Bed sagged in the middle and pillows were very thin. Indoor heated pool was ice cold as was spa..False advertising as this was a draw card.. very disappointing..No aircon so was a very muggy room although there was a small fan. Worst of all, first morning Housekeeping knocked on the sliding door whilst we were still in bed and we said No Thank you to needing anything, she knocked even harder shaking the door and again we shouted out saying No thank you..next thing she unlocked the door and yanked open the curtains and started coming into the room which scared the living daylight out of us..she abruptly left. We will never stay here again.
