Die Lage wunderschön, auch das Mobilehome ausreichend zum Schlafen mit Klimaanlage auch gut gekühlt. Der Strand top das Meer sauber. Beim den Bars alles top aber halt nicht inkludiert!

Das Essen ist eine absolute Katastrophe, wenn man nicht früh genug im Restaurant ist bekommt man keinen Sitzplatz denn es gibt keine Platzzuweisungen, es werden Taschen vor dem Öffnen auf die Tische gelegt über den Zaun wie bei den wilden. Getränke inklusive da muss man schon Glück haben das die Automaten genug befüllt werden denn zu 90% kam nur Wasser. Beim Frühstück hatten wir 1x in 6 Tagen das Glück einen Orangensaft zu ergattern und einen Kaffee Latte musste man mit Wasserschaum trinken denn auch hier wurde keine Milch nachgefüllt und das um halb 9 wo das Buffet bis 10 Uhr geht. Ständig die gleichen Mahlzeiten und von nationalen Gerichten keine Spur. Besteck und Gläser verschmutzt. Bei Beschwerden reagiert das Personal nicht. Auch das es in 6 Tagen nicht ein einziges Mal frische Hand- Duschtücher gegeben werden ist bei Sandstrand und Sonnenmilch auch nicht Gastfreundlich. Das Mobilehome wird auch nie von Reinigungskräften geputzt was ich für diesen Preis erwarte!

The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped- v effective AC. Food was good with plenty of options ( similar each day) Good activities for adults and children, it was very busy but we really enjoyed our stay. We were worried after reading negative reviews but we were pleasantly surprised! Thank you

The setting by the sea is lovely. Our deluxe cabin was nice but very compact - tiny rooms, really tiny living area but good terrace and sea view. The food was "OK" but the same thing every day. Our friends were in the premium cabin and the difference was not worth the upgrade.

For the price, we were disappointed, it is really so expensive for basic place, only OK food, facilities all appear to be for on-site teenage campers who scream from the water at 8am. 3 nights was enough. Would not return. We were given the wrong room when we arrived as they could not find the keys - but they did not tell us this until the following morning after we had unpacked everything. Gentleman we dealt with to rearrange our room was very abrupt.

The mobile house was nice, although a bit too small. The location of was very nice with the pine forest!

The beach is mostly rocky so it’s not suitable for kids. The only small sandy beach is extremely crowded and it’s very hard to find a free sun beds unless you occupy them from the early morning. The restaurant, which is in my opinion one of the main part of all-inclusive, is quite bad though. The food variety is small, but even bigger problem is the quality of food. For the price paid, I would expect the restaurant to be a high quality, but in reality we were going out to other places (which is hard to do without a car) just to have some nice meal. Also logistics of the restaurant is bad, so there are constant lines in multiple places. Overall the whole hotel seems to be overcrowded while infrastructure is not designed to handle this amount of people.
