Hotel Keto

No shuttle bus as advertised. They use taxi service & cash only after I asked them if I can bill it to my room as I had no cash. Embarrassing when driver asked for cash only after hotel said I could use card. I had to give him foreign cash & euros to pay.

Lokacija je odlična.15 min šetnje do centra. Pored velike prometnice ali nije me smetalo. Doručak odličan.Soba prostrana i udubna.

Hotel je malo stariji i dobro bi mu došla obnova. Parking ispred hotela je i za kafic u sklopu hotela pa je često gužva ali ok bilo je mjesta za parking uvijek.

Not a modern a hotel as you would expect in this part of the Balkans but staff are friendly and helpful. Receptionist always there to help. Private transfer available throughout the country arranged by the hotel. Bathroom not well ventilated and balcony not worth the upgrade due to motorway and street noise which was continuous late into evening. Location is slightly on edge of town, approx 15 minutes walk into town centre but this is straightforward.

La atención del personal y el desayuno

The staff. The receptionists went out of their way to assist us. They were so accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. Delicious food with so much variety.

The shower was slow draining but it was fine for our short stay. We were next to cleaners closet and they kept slamming the door. Even late at night. Still I believe the reception staff deserve the high score.

Der Service war super! Wir waren etwas früher da und konnten schon eher aufs Zimmer. Am Abend vor der Abreise wurde ich krank und wir durften später auschecken, dafür waren wir sehr dankbar! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer hatte auch eine sehr schöne Größe und Aufteilung.

Das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Seifenspender war nicht mehr ganz fest, die Klimanlage hat getropft. Hier war es etwas ungünstig, dass die Klimanlage beim Bett angebracht war. Außerdem fanden wir es schade, dass das angegliedert Restaurant abends keine Speisen angeboten hat, so musste man in die Stadt laufen oder ein Taxi nehmen, um essen zu gehen.
