When we saw the room we cancelled our booking. We were warned not to open the window as it had already fallen out and landed on passers by. The common area were dreary and run down as was the room.

"Bien place et propre"

3 nuits assez comfortable dans un petit hotel bien situe pour decouvrir Le Bassin d'Arcachon. Jardin, bar, agreable. Probleme avec chats pendant la nuit (bruit).

Hôtel bien agencé, des chambres assez spacieuses, un 2 étoiles + et un restaurant excellent Il suffirait de tellement peu pour le rendre plus agréable : des têtes de lit, un rafraîchissement des équipements de la salle de bains, dans la salle commune: des nappes sur les tables, des tableaux représentant New York sont un peu incongrus, arracher les plantes mortes dans le jardin...

"Great family hotel on Bassin d'Arcachon"

I stayed at L'Oceana with my 2 children and we had two separate bedrooms. The hotel is simple but charming and friendly. Although in a quiet area, It's walking distance to the Bassin and a number of shops including a bakery and news kiosk. It has a restaurant which we did not have time to try. Also a nice garden

"Hotel vieillot et bruyant"

Chambre B2 humide et sombre car sous le niveau du sol à éviter à tout prix ! PDJ correct sans plus. Hotel aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement certain. De plus aucune présence de personnel pendant la nuit ce qui fait que l'on peut avoir de grosses nuisances sonores.

"Great inexpensive base in Arcachon area."

Nice rate, welcome, and location (loved dinner at nearby Moules & Co.). It was a hot July day and night, so we really missed A/C!
