"Прекрасна локация и персонал. Леко остаряло оборудване."

Отлична локация и много вежлив персонал. Всички най-важни забележителности на града са на пешеходно разстояние. Хотелът е чист и добре поддържан.

Нивото на оборудване е същото като отпреди 15-на години, когато за последно бях в хотела - т.е. вече поостаряло, а някои системи не действат - например картовото отваряне на вратите. Басейнът е по-скоро за потапяне - малък за плуване. Закуската не е особено разнообразна. Интересно решение на мениджмънта да дава халати само за наелите апартаменти - за наелите стая като нас, се полагаха само хавлии за спа-зоната.

Locația foarte bună, o panoramă extraordinară, personalul foarte amabil. Piscina, sala de sport, jacuzzi, saună...mic dejun foarte bogat si variat....toate facilitățile incluse in prețul rezervării, fără costuri ascunse. Felicitări si mulțumesc personalului.

Cand am ajuns era un miros greu...de fum pe holul hotelului...dar care a dispărut dupa aerisire si nu au mai fost probleme. Exixta clienți care cred ca fumează în camere...sau pe hol...eu dacă nu fumez am simțit de mai multe ori miros de țigară pe hol. Eu fiind o persoana de 1.95cm...m-am distrat cu câteva grinzi de susținere....dar asta nu ma deranjat...chiar mi-a facut familia sa râdă 🤣
