A localização é excelente! O café da manhã é bem completo e saboroso, com produtos da região.

"Wohlfühlort in historischem Ambiente"

Das zauberhafte Erkerzimmer mit Blick auf die anderen historischen Gebäude und die Ausstattung des Zimmers und des Hauses. Die Sauberkeit! Und das Frühstück.

Man muss halt Treppen steigen… mit Gepäck nicht ganz einfach.

"Dissapointing"

Cannot recommend. The location is good and the room is spacious, very clean, with a nice view of the square.

The double bed has a very wide gap between the two mattresses, which impacts comfort. The design feels like a mismatch of styles. Extras are absent: no body lotion, no coffee or tea, no water. The breakfast bar offers variety, but the quality is mediocre. The overall impression is a focus on maximizing income rather than putting guests first.

There were a lot of stairs to our room no lift .. charged for parking no heat in room it was very cold

We stayed two nights. Perfect location in the heart of Bacharach, easy to find, staff was great. Rooms were exactly as expected, comfortable beds, and we had a lovely breakfast for both mornings.

Staff were all superb! From the receptionists (shoutout to the main guy who recommended really good local eateries), right to the brekky lady who makes you feel welcomed at breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable, love the mix of traditional and modern fixtures/furnishing. Got the room with the jacuzzi - and it was awesome after a long day of hiking! Directly in the heart of town - train station is about a 10 mins walk, it is opposite the famous Altes Haus, and close to the PostHof. Also close to main attractions and hiking trails.

Sehr netter und persönlicher Empfang. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Obwohl die Frühstücksdame ganz alleine war, war sie außergewöhnlich nett und zuvorkommend! Hier besonders Lob!!

Great location in a beautiful, historic village. Views of centuries-old buildings right outside my window. Nice selection at the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Great value for money.
