Hotel Furian

The breakfast was sumptuous, and the staff were all very enthusiastic. They helped handle the check-in in advance and sent Guest Mobility Ticket, which saved us transportation costs from Salzburg. It's very comfortable to enjoy the mountain view outside while sitting on the balcony. The hotel is a five - minute walk from the lake and the bus stop.

I love the very kind and supportive staffs, they treated us like family and gave us a lot of helpful advice. And the room is spacious and comfortable, perfect for family to enjoy holiday. Breakfast is very fresh and lovely, and environment is beautiful, only few steps away from the lake. We both enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel is just perfect, I cannot think about anything we don't like. We will definitely return to this hotel again, hopefully in the near future. Very happy experience!!

The location is very good!

Hotel location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to the ferry and cog railway station. Room are spacious to accommodate big family and staff are welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything is perfect!

Room with balcony had lovely views of lake and mountains. Comfortable bed. Kettle with good selection of drinks. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect. I would definitely recommend and would love to visit again

The location is near the lovely city center by walking. Hotel manager was so service minded and we can feel his intention to explain the city map and recommend good restaurant. The breakfast come with huge set and full decorations. The waitress is lovely and always make sure that we got everything we needed. The amenities is good quality. The water boiler and tea provided in the room is very helpful during winter season.

One of our 2 rooms, the smoking smell was so strong. We try to open the terrace door for a while but the smell still didn't disappear. I would give 9 or 10 for our next stay if the smell become clean.

Friendly and helpful staffs that makes you feel welcomed. Comfy bed and clean room. Beautiful house with a private lakeside area. Big breakfast with lots of choices. There's a lift so it's great for when you have to carry big luggages up. It's definitely a good value stay.

Bathroom drainage had some issue and the TV was broken. However the rest about the hotel is great that these are just minor issues in my opinion. Be mindful that the lakeside area is a 5+ minutes walk from the hotel. Lastly, as the key of the room can also open the front door and the lakeside, I'm not sure whether it can open another guest's room too?
