A lovely small hotel at the heart of Rethymno. Very central and easy walking to shops, restaurants, harbour, beach and port. We stayed in a maisonette. Due to Covid all of the kitchen equipment was taken out so we didn’t have the facilities we expected, which was a little disappointing. However, it had a comfortable bedroom on the mezzanine with a king size bed. The accommodation for us lacked natural light due to small windows. Even with the shutters open it was still quite dark. I suppose this was designed to keep out some of the heat. There are lots of choices for breakfast served in the beautiful courtyard around the swimming pool. The Reception and breakfast serving staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Incroyable Hôtel situé au coeur de la vieille ville de Rethymnon. Tout y est exceptionnel : l'accueil avec une boisson offerte a l'arrivée, une bouteille d'eau, le petit déjeuner excellent au bord de la piscine, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Un paradis au coeur de la ville. Je conseille vivement d'y aller !

Lovely contemporary design. Quiet but close to the pedestrianised shopping area and restaurants, as well as the museum.

Perfect location to stay in the heart of the old town in Rethymno. The hotel is nice, good breakfast but our room was a bit dated. Overall, friendly service, convenient and good value for money. No worries about the parking situation, because there's a parking lot only 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel which charges 5 euros per day.

Loved this property and would return. The property felt like a spa and very well kept. Great location for walking to all the shops.

A beautiful oasis right in the heart of the old town. Lovely staff, great pool area and super location. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely return!

Pepi Boutique is cantered in the Old part of town and as such virtually traffic free . It means two things , one it was very quiet and peaceful but cases had to be wheeled from the nearest drop off point. As we are fit the 5 min walk with cases was not a problem but be aware this has to be done. The hotel does not have a lift to the first floor so if you have a mobility problem then the ground floor might be a better choice . We opted for a room on the first floor which had an enormous bed ,small balcony and all the usual facilities and masses of HOT water all day long . The reception area is very attractive and manned until 11.00 at night and the inner courtyard area is an Oasis . The is a small pool well maintained with comfortable sun beds with breakfast tables carefully placed so that breakfast can be enjoyed outside. We were very surprised by the inclusive breakfast which was extremely good with plenty of choice . Top marks to all the staff who are so warm friendly and always smiling and helpful, nothing was too much trouble . If you want to stay in a small , quiet hotel located near to all the local shops and restaurants this is for you..
