Great customer service

We stayed at this hotel in Old Rethymno for 4 nights this October 2017 and had a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the location the most, it was in the heart of old town just steps away from excellent food and hundreds of shops. It was also close to the beach and tourist attractions like the fortezza. Pepi provided us with a welcome bottle of wine which was a nice surprise. Our room was clean and modern and had a nice balcony overlooking the cobblestone streets. I will say the cleaning staff didn’t always give us new towels or new sheets each day which was a bit of a disappointment. The hotel staff was very helpful in setting up excursions we wanted to do and helping us navigate the city. If you are the outdoorsmen type, I would highly recommend hiking the Samaria gorge. It is a difficult and lengthy hike but if you are in good health, it is worth every penny. TIPS: First, skip the bistro 22 which is attached to the hotel. There much better food just down the street. Second, the metal faucets in the shower get Extremely Hot! I burned myself touching it so be careful! Overall we had a great stay, a great value, and and enjoyed this exciting city. We would definitely recommend a stay at Pepi Studio

- Great little hotel - Very helpful staff - Swimming pool looks nice - Using the address provided, it was almost impossible to find it! - I wish they'd warned us about parking. The hotel is in the old city, no cars allowed. We had to figure out where to park, couldn't read the street signs to understand parking rules. That was our biggest issue. - Lots of restaurants and bars very close to the hotel - Room is very clean and well decorated

We absolutely loved our stay here! The welcome was great and check in was easy. The hotel and room we had was beautiful! The decor was great and made it feel homely. The room was roomy and had a kitchenette which was useful! It was straight out to the pool area, which was fantastic to relax at! The location was incredible; right in the middle of the Old Town but once you got to the pool it was quiet and calm. We would strongly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again and for longer. Perfect for a stopover or a long stay!

This was an amazing little hotel. So friendly, a superb stop in the old town. Nothing was to much trouble. The rooms were clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The plunge pool, and outdoor seating area was a haven, and all clean and well looked after. I would highly recommend Pepi Studios to our friends and family.

Great Boutique hotel in a perfect location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was this is not an adult only hotel. Although my partner and I did not mind, do not book if you are not expecting children around. Luckily we were up early and off out otherwise we would have been awoken by a screaming baby in the room next door at 06:30 am

I had an amazing stay here! The hotel is beautiful. The rooms had high ceilings and lovely decorations. The staff were so kind and helpful with everything. The hotel is situated in the center and a few minutes walk to the beach. If I come back to crete I will without hesitation sat here again. I plan to take my mom there next year. Thanks Pepi staff for making our stay excellent. Great hotel and great hospitality.

3 delightful nights. Superior studio large, very stylish and quiet. Good beds and bathroom. Excellent wifi. Kitchen a little limited ( a cafitierre would be great) but ok for breakfasts and snacks. The courtyard is lovely , an oasis of calm just off the busy streets, and a nice place to relax in, very friendly too as people get chatting)

excellent hotel, modern and recently renovated, spacious room with nice view, located in the center of the old town where everything is in walking distance. Very good value for money!Very helpful staff eager to answer and help whenever we asked them.
