Localização boa e ótimo café da manhã.

Tive uma experiência muito ruim com os funcionários. Moro no rio de janeiro e um mês antes da viagem um funcionário via WhatsApp me ofereceu um transfer, o que não me interessou por eu ter alugado um carro. Chegando perto de jijoca me deparei com a região de dunas e fui parado por um guia que falou que era necessário um guia para seguir no caminho se não eu atolaria. Logo, fiz contato imediatamente com a pousada que me falou que a carro baixo tinha " 90% de chance de atolar". A pergunta que eu faço é, porque não informar isso no momento do contato por WhatsApp com o cliente a reserva ? Acho que essa orientação é essencial em vez de só oferecer o transfer sem falar o motivo. Acho que o atendimento ao cliente precisa melhorar muito.

As áreas comuns e piscina são muito agradáveis. Equipe da receptação atenciosa e solícita. Chuveiro bom e arredores da pousada tb sao agradáveis.

O café da manhã deixou a desejar, teve um dia que faltou um simples pão, fora que as atendentes do café eram super mal humoradas e grosseiras. O quarto também deixou a desejar pois a cama fica em um andar superior e o banheiro na parte de baixo o que dificulta muito até para usar o banheiro durante a madrugada, fora que o ar na parte da cama não suportava o tamanho do cômodo e fazia calor, e apenas ventilador de teto no andar inferior. Quente demais!

Local muito bonito e instalações adequadas

Era legal se tivesse reposição de sabonete e shampoo e condicionador diário, pois tive que comprar sabonete porque o servido na pousada acabou antes do término da estadia.
