The bed was extremely comfortable and the decor was perfect. We had a minor issue that was taken care of immediately. We would definitely stay there next time we visit York.

Very clean and very modern, great location easy to walk into York. The host was excellent and gave us a really good recommendation for food in the evening, which was fabulous.

It was within walking distance to the centre of York. The room was very clean.

The room was a little compact, not ideal for tall people. The bed was rather on the hard side and the pillows uncomfortable, but these items are difficult to please everyone.

This hotel is exceptional in every way, and thoroughly modern. The guest's entire stay is run on an app. The shower works by a button press. The blinds too. Ditto the breakfast. It's amazing and disconcerting simultaneously, but that said, Tony is a responsive host, if remotely. The location is great, the room was beautiful, big and gorgeously appointed. Only one problem: thin walls and very loud and active nocturnal guests next door.
