Tower Guest House

Very clean and cosy. Easy check in and out. Nice clean shower with a lovely powerful shower always hot water. Comfortable bed. 25 minute walk into the city. Black out blinds made it easy to sleep. No noise from the traffic.

Location right near the hospital made getting in and out very difficult especially coming in to it we were stuck in a traffic jam for an hour. Nothing they can do about it but give yourself plenty of time. The breakfast room was being refurbished and we weren't informed of this prior to our visit so no breakfast but there were plenty of places to eat in the city. Xx

The presentation and immaculate cleanliness of the room, along with the attention to detail to provide everything you would need during your stay e.g the long handled shoe horn by the door, the little measuring cup for filling the iron and the little pop top milk jug in the fridge. It did not stop there, not only did I have working room thermostats, but could adjust the underfloor heating in the shower room and lights on the power shower flashed until the set temp was achieved.

Breakfast was a good choice, ordered your hot food the night before and booked a time in the breakfast room

Bed was very firm due to wooden slatted base, hard to pull down the blind over the dressing table

The breakfast was very good. The room was fun.

A guest lounge would have been appreciated.

I don't usually review anywhere I stay, but this was place ticked every box, plus some. Can't recommend it enough.
