Exceptional We had an amazing experience. Check in lady was very pleasant and friendly. In fact, everyone was very friendly and professional. We stayed 4 nights and now we wish we had stayed more. It was exceptional. We had a superior double room with balcony and the view from balcony was straight out of picture. Room was very spacious and clean. There's a hot tub and sauna in basement level which is a major bonus. The breakfast was exceptional and the view from breakfast terrace was breathtaking. The only thing I want to add which is not a big deal is that there was no creamer with coffee maker in the room so we had to go down every morning to get it.

Restaurant tries to be elegant too hard. Need better individual choices. For example, how about individual spagetti choices instead of a seven curse meal. Nobody does a seven course meal any longer.

Worth every dollar. Very clean. Had an excellent view- best in Wengen imo. Friendly staff. Only a few minutes away from Wengen station. Breakfast isn’t remarkable but good nevertheless. Would definitely stay again.

Maya Caprice was an enchanting spot with sweeping views of Wengen. The meals were incredible and the staff was kind and accommodating. It was also conveniently located to the town and train station by a short walk. Would stay here again! Loved it and highly recommend this spot.

Highly recommend this hotel! Absolutely gorgeous setting! Amazing view of the mountains! Service was great. Breakfast was very good although did not have extensive selections. The dinner at the restaurant was amazing! Simply delicious! Our room was terrific! Great location! The bed was comfortable! Definitely a return visit is hoped for!

The most amazing food in the world. We cant stop talking about all of the unique dishes we each ordered. View is incredible and the staff was so accommodating and helpful
