Location to beach and easy walking distance to town

Disliked the open bathroom in the main bedroom - literally no privacy for the toilet. We found this most inconvenient.

Good location and plenty of room

The ensuite shower needed a place to put your soap and shampoos etc. Reaching for them in the floor was not good. The spa needed a plug and you need a towel rail in easy reach of the shower. Walking wet to get your towel is messy and dangerous.

As we own Holiday lets ourselves in Victoria, we thought the place was good, with a couple of let downs for us. The Stove top was locked and we have a similar top at home but we could not unlock the top to be able to us it. No instructions anywhere in the property.; There should be a Womanaul!, as a Manual is no good as men don't read them.!! That would have solved the problem and it was after hours, no one to ask. Secondly we supply basic salt & pepper, also minimum rolls of Glad wrap and foil, which we would have used, its a very small cost and ensures the guest dose not need to worry about these items, especially as its the last thing you think about when first shopping while on holiday. Apart from that we stayed here a few years ago and the up grade is fantastic, great apartments, great spot, couple of tweaks and would be 110%

Room 4 was close to pool and not too noisy.

The accommodation was very musty and smelly. The airconditioning only had one on/off switch and we couldn't control the fan volume.

thought it was a hotel which I screened for on booking.com. disappointed it was a property with no staff etc

I loved the apartment and the main bedroom and ensuite, I loved being so close to my sister and family in the next door apartment

The bed wasn’t comfortable at all, definitely needs new mattresses

The staff were amazing- particularly Dani who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and was so friendly. It was extremely clean and spacious and we had everything we needed
