Dynasty Hotel

Horrible experience,Where a arrogant front office manager told that they have corporate tie ups and showing least bother Ness for individual guest. You won't get any positive reply for any of the request.

Very nice and cosy hotel,right in the midst of the market which makes things convenient, might be to a lot many when you are travelling back home enroute Guwahati or even when you have just started your trip. The service was very good.Will want to stay here again when we travel on this side of the country.

Pathetic service on the whole. The restaurant’s service as slow as a snail. Ordered food at 9:15 and it came at 10:10. Ordinary rooms at exorbitant tariffs. No maintenance at all. Must avoid this hotel at all costs. You will feel duped and cheated if you stay here

AC was not working and had to sleep and the hotel staff lied to me that there is problem with the central ac system but I figures out that only my room's ac was not working.

It's a good property,almost 30yrs old ,so rooms are bit old in nature ,room carpets needs a make over,,in some parts of carpet colour has faded more over reception are is very small and to a corner...also palm in restaurant upholstery of chair need to changed ...it's old and looks very dirty.... except for that it's a good hotel to stay ..staffs are friendly and good in nature.....I hope management looks in the matter

Hotel Dynasty is amongst the living legends of Hotel business in Guwahati, Assam. But lack of maintenance and irrelevant dress-up do less to show the skeleton of the hotel. Though the hotel exudes history in all senses, but damped walls, dirty carpets, semi-operational washroom fittings bring it down in the list of luxury travel. Somehow this price of history has failed to catch of to the younger generation of hotels in the city. With competition from Novotel, Ornate and still-better preserved Landmark. The food on the other end is good at Dynasty. However it's overpriced. Breakfast is bland and too normal. Check in, check out remains seamless. House staff are warm and there's readiness to help. But with lack of permanent maintenance a lot of such help is required even for a day's stay. Tea bags provided in room are cheap. Mini bar is generally empty. The location is good but congested in the evenings.

It was awesome experience with hotel Dynasty. We had dimsum there in palms restaurant as there festival is going on. It was tasty but the rate is little high. The portion size was good. We enjoyed a lot with the dinner. The hotel atmosphere is cool. Definitely we visit again.

It was business conference from our company to the hotel Dynasty. The conference was in Crystal hall. People were really nice in the hotel. The check in check out was really quick. The bell boys were really helpful. The banquet people were so co-operative towards the guest. The requirements of conference were fulfilled by the staff. It was a nice experience with the hotel with the conference.

The area is very noisy.we asked another room and got an old non renovated room. I had to fight to get the room level that we booked.when we finally got that room, we asked to put beds together. The pushed both beds on one of the walls, so that one of them we not accessible. Moreover, they didn't put connector between both beds so that we were falling in between both during the night.

Cannot reach there by car during daytime.. extremely congested market. Building facade/entrance and lobby is decent but the corridors and rooms are damp.. food is very expensive.
