Manglede personale ( virkede som om de ikke viste hvor mange gæster de havde pga. Royal Run. Utydelig hvor eftermiddags kaffe og snacks var, hvordan man kom ud på deres dejlige tagterrasser, Dårlig opfyldelse til morgenmad, noget havde de ikke mere af.
