Special thanks to Nadeem, who was extremely professional, polite, and attentive throughout. He made sure everything was perfect and truly enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommended! Had a wonderful coffee meeting at mosaic The ambiance was calm, welcoming, and perfect for a meaningful conversation over a great cup of coffee. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was both refreshing and productive. Service of Nadeem Mukesh and Mushtaq made the meeting even more memorable with engaging discussions and positive vibes. Mosaic is definitely a great place for casual meetups and professional conversations alike.

Chefs did a very good job. Food was good baring few items which needed work. Breakfast and buffet spread was good but not too elaborate. Staff was very helpful and always available (even midnight if some coffee supplies etc were needed). Facility itself was well maintained and is in the middle of the city and allows outside food. Commute becomes very easy due to location with autos easily available on Rapido. All famous temples (Raghunath temple, Mahamaya temple, Kali temple in Bahu fort, Balaji temple, Panch Vaktar Mahadev temple) in Jammu were less than 6 kms to this facility and we could go there on Auto. Dinner buffet was done quite well and spread was good.

Room was moldy in areas. Hot water would just not come. Told front desk multiple times and they would say leave it on for sometime and it will come but it never came. There were two TVs in the suite room but none of them worked as in no channels. No control on AC. It was set at central level to 19 degrees. Had to bundle up to survive. Could never get it up to 22 or 23. Checked with the staff and they confirmed it's set at central level. From ala carte menu, only Rajma Chawal and Ambal were good. Rest all were average with Malai kofta not good at all.
