A microwave in the room would have been useful (there were two available in the downstairs laundry). The on-site restaurant was quite ok except they ran out of a key ingredient for my main meal and made a substitution without a chance to change my order

AUVery spacious comfortable room, with large, common area covered balcony. Bathroom has been refreshed and is very roomy, modern and up to date.
AUThere was blood in my friends room on a chair. Abhorrent. There was no tv remote so we tried looking for it under the bed and we found dirty tissues and old biscuits. Absolutely disgusting. We tried getting a refund or compensation from the manager and they wouldn't even return calls. We went to go to lovely wedding and that just ruined it. After numerous calls we have been ignored.!
AUStaying in a tent that was as comfortable as 5 star hotel
AUStaff always nice
No kitchen utensils, no table, no deck chairs, only one towel and bath robe, bed in middle of room design poor, we didn't sleep for 3 nights due to the traffic noise from Ulan Road it was ridiculously loud and had to park a 100 metres from the tent due to grass barricades, therefore, when leaving had to pack the car in the rain. At $400 a night, I expect better
