"Everything was good except for the room view and the staff not respecting my request, even though I booked for 3 days."

Clean and good location.

The staff were not cooperative and did not care about my complaint. I booked their highest-level suite, but the view was very poor, facing a rooftop and a wall. I do not recommend it at all.

"Great value for money, excellent facilities, friendly staff."

The spa and pool were excellent, spent a few hours relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming and available 24 hours. Parking came free The room was spacious and comfy, clean, and tidy. Lots of wardrobe space and the bath was spacious and relaxing.

The room was very hot and the air con was set to the lowest temp it would go. Had to sleep with the window open, which was fine, until around 6/7 am when industrial vehicles could be heard. The breakfast was ok. The sausages were a little hard. No veggie sausage or bacon options.
