The hotel restaurant offered a great breakfast menu, with a wide variety of dishes, especially vegetables, baked goods like cheese bread and cassava bread, all very tasty. There was also broth, Santander-style arepas, calentado (a traditional Colombian breakfast dish), and meats. The room was luxurious, with a large bed, a very comfortable sofa, a table for working and another for coffee, a spacious bathroom with nice mirrors, and was well-equipped for an excellent stay. The window had curtains and blackout blinds. The location is very good and central; the area is safe and easy to walk around. I recommend the road to the Llanos region, which is right across the street from the hotel. It's also relatively close to the city center, where there are several museums, including the Museum of Modern Art. The gym was very well-equipped and spacious, with treadmills, stair steppers, and good strength training machines. Upon arrival at the entrance, we were offered a delicious local drink.

Upon arriving at the hotel through the parking lot, we weren't aware there was an intercom to announce our arrival, so my wife had to enter through the main entrance to let us know. At breakfast, the egg station wasn't working, and the pastries weren't ready on time; they weren't available between 6:00 and 7:30 a.m. The room didn't have a full shower door, only half of it, and to prevent water from splashing onto the floor, we had to leave the bathroom door open.
