Great Location, open good parking. Great place for walks.

The corridors have a smell. Bathroom though functional needs updating to make it worth the money charged. The restaurant was not available on the dates we travelled, had to drive to Albury for meals.

The views, the bed and linen. The quietness.

Poor greeting from Reception. Reception not open most of our stay. No help in finding our accommodation or parking areas. Poor communication. Restaurant had closed down. No eating facilities on site. Dirty outdoor setting and area. No hand towel.

The room was clean but very disjointed with kettle etc hard to get to. Iron was shocking, no way of putting water in it. Air conditioner and fan were super loud. Property is in a lovely location and the Bethanga Pub was a fun night out with bus provided.
