We had two rooms , one for myself and one for my brother . We found Roger and Linda the perfect hosts. We highly recommend their B&B . First rate rooms, quiet and comfortable . The breakfast each morning was excellent. Portions were plentiful. All in all with free parking and breakfast included it was very good value for money.

"Perfect"

this place is the best. The single room is bright & spacious, a big bed, large sash window overlooking garden. Spotlessly clean, delicious breakfast, (I just a light breakfast of scrambled egg tomatoes bacon, sourdough toast, fruit salad). Better part of Paignton so 5 minutes from harbour.

"A Delightful B&B."

It was spotless, the room was a gem, owners had put a lot of thought into making it different to any other Bed and Breakfast l have stayed in, Breakfast was first class, freshly made to order, delicious. Would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to anybody.

"Gorgeous guest house, well worth the money"

Lovely guest house run by lovely hosts. Decor exactly as shown in photos - very well kept, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Location is great, easy to find and less than 5 mins walk to shops, eateries, railway station, cinema, beach and harbour. 7 guest parking spaces off-road. Delicious breakfast. Will definitely be returning, availability permitting!

Only two things would have improved my stay. Firstly, a better shower with more water pressure, but I've experienced the same issue with all other B&Bs in the area, so it's unlikely this can be changed. Secondly, a comfier chair in the room that you could sit in for the evening if you are a solo traveller not going out for dinner. Both issues are so minor that I've still rated my experience 10/10.
