Beautifully renovated period property with large very comfortable rooms, lovely living areas to relax in and a stunning garden Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. The real stars of the property are the owners who go the extra mile to make their guests feel welcome and spend time to make sure you make the most of your stay and don't miss out on any of their recommended local attractions. Highly recommended.

"Hidden gem that exceeded expectations"

Breakfast was excellent. Cooked to order and top ingredients. Haggis particularly was spectacular. Location is good for accessing the Grampians. Alyth is a nice large village with decent amenities

The whole thing exceeded my expectations. I was looking for just a stopover on the way to the Highlands and booked this without a lot of research but discovered a hidden gem.

Graham war ein besonders freundlicher Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps! Das gesamte Haus und unser Zimmer waren wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich, wir fühlten uns wohl. Auch ist alyth ein kleines süßes Dorf! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, vor allem Eggs Benedict schmeckten hervorragend! Das Bett und die Bettwaren waren außerordentlich gemütlich. Wir werden garantiert wieder kommen, für unsere Bedürfnisse der perfekte Zwischenstopp.

Es handelt sich hier ausschließlich um Kleinigkeiten: - die Fenster in unserem Zimmer waren praktisch immer halb offen aufgrund ihres Alters, somit konnten wir jedes Geräusch der strasse, insbesondere am Wochenende die doch länger lauten Gäste der Bar gegenüber, bis spät hören - da wir gerne etwas flexibler morgens sind, sind die festen time slots für das Frühstück nicht so unser Ding, wir verstehen aber, dass es für den Ablauf des Frühstücks aus Sicht der Gastgeber wichtig ist
