Owners were very nice and accommodating and ensured I had parking each night. Accommodation was very basic and small, and I did not see the bar open at all - had to go across the road to another hotel for a drink.

Andy & Terry were very friendly and welcoming.Hotel has its own parking area--big plus--but i think permits are also available. The room was on the small side but was ok for a couple of nights--no chairs/no room for them but the hotel lounge is nice. all in all--a nice break in a nice clean & friendly b&b

Had an excellent stay, single room was small, but clean and exactly what I expected. Andy and Terri were brilliant hosts, attentive and friendly. Talking to Terri about tea, and the fact I only drank Assam, I came back to my room to find an Assam tea bag amongst the rest of the teas, coffees, hot chocolate sachets and biscuits. The breakfast was superb with an extensive choice of cereals, full English breakfast, toast with a variety of marmalade and jams as well as orange juice, tea and coffee. The Guest House is less than a ten minute walk from the train station, although there are also many available car parking spaces. It is a five minute walk to the beach and close to the Supermarkets.

A warm welcome greeted me on arrival and continued throughout my stay. Enjoyed it so much that I'm planning on staying there again.
