"Nice hotel, disappointing staff"

It was nice and clean with parking

The front staff was dismissive and combative when we asked for more towels. There is no elevator and when I fell down the stairs and injured myself the same guy told me to deal with it and couldn't even offer me any ice or suggestions or help. He told us to maybe check a local restaurant for ice...

Mi-a placut stilul rustin din cameră. Faptul ca se poate plăti cu cardul. Micul dejun a fost gustos si variat. A venit in fiecare zi sa scoată gunoiul si a schimbat prosoapele. Genială idee.

Nu mi se pare normal ca se pornește căldură din ora in ora cate 15 minute cred, chiar daca e frig afara (iarna). Nici nu se încălzesc bine caloriferele ca se si oprește căldură. Iar daca se oprește asa măcar sa se pună o aeroterma care merge si cu căldură pentru a putea porni sa se încălzească. In ultima zi nu s-a organizat bine cei de la micul dejun si nu prea a fost multe in bucătărie. Tot trebuia sa meargă oaspeții sa le spună ca nu este ( am fost mai devreme acolo si nici nu era, nu ca s-a terminat). Plus ca in ultima zi era un domn acolo la bucatarie care era destul de frustrat pe oaspeți. In rest binișor! Toate cele bune.

Totul la superlativ! Confort, mâncare excelentă, personal extrem de amabil, locație excelentă, curățenie exemplară. Nota 10 la puterea 10 !

Ce nu mi-a plăcut???? Că a fost concediul prea scurt !
