Good customer service (eventually) by Nora to change our room after the one bedroom apartment looked absolutely nothing like the photos and was in fact dark, smelly, damp and depressing. We arrived with a baby, and had to wait 2-3 hours before being provided an adequate room.

We chose an apartment for a higher quality accommodation compared to a caravan, so we thought - particularly for the price differential. After complaining about the state of the room, we were shown perhaps 10 alternatives - all very tired, worn and depressing, nothing like the pictures (that room is apparently “undergoing renovation”). One had a live bird inside. Even the room we eventually chose, we had to ask to be cleaned again as it af been given only a cursory clean. And a pair of birds were living in the stairwell outside, which meant the approach to our room smelled of bird poop.
