There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

We enjoyed our stay here and you reserve this hotel again! Everything was perfect and breakfast was a big Plus!

The air was humidity the whole time. My door broke. I had to change rooms

On the second to last day of our visit, we returned to our room to find four maintenance people in there, taking our mattress and replacing it. There was no access to our room and there were four strangers in our room with our belongings. There were no managers to be found to talk to, and nobody spoke English. The mattress that we had for the first three nights was absolutely perfection and the mattress they replaced it with was horrible. It was so baffling.it seemed very odd that they were in our room. Four men.

Breakfast was ok. Hot coffee is always a good thing. The receptionist when I checked in was very nice and helpful.

The ventilation system was awful. I woke up after a rainy night outside and most of my things inside were damp, from the paper I wrote a note on to the clothes I put on my back. And it smelled like Houston used to smell before they got good air conditioning.
