We stayed at this hotel Aug 24-31 (5 nights) in room 312. Each day there was a notice in the elevator that there was no housekeeping due to staff shortages, yet 500 marriott points would be given if you requested it. On our last day I found a live bed bug on my white comforter. I took at picture with google lens and it confirmed it was a bed bug. I captured it and reported to the front desk. See pics. The hotel reports they have cleared the room with Abel pest control and tell me they don’t trust AI,therefore it’s not a bed bug, it’s something else. See pic- nowhere on the report does it state what the live bug was that I gave them. Over the last week I have developed a cluster of bites on my back that are keeping me up at night. I have a Dr appt in a few days. Pretty confident it’s bug bites. We expected some accountability and compensation for this. I did 9 loads of laundry when we got home and bleached everything I could. Not to mention the stress and anxiety it has caused. We still may have brought bed bugs home with us. Perhaps there are no more bed bugs and this was a one- off, yet the way the location has dealt with it raises concern on their accountability and customer service. We are Marriott bonvoy members yet will never stay at this location again. We have contacted Marriott customer service in hopes of a better response.

Breakfast was great. Wi-Fi was excellent when conducting work. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was great. Bit chaotic during the morning rush. The most comfortable bed in our USA travels.

It was alright.

There was no room service/housekeeping. We were given the room on the road side and it was very loud and noisy at night. My old mom cannot sleep. Bad experience.

The best hotel in wenatche

There was an employee staring at two young teens swimming for at least 10 minutes. He was peeping at them through a window looking into the pool room, and whenever he thought he was spotted, he would hide just out of sight and stare again. He proceeded to enter the pool room and pretended to fix the handicap chair lift… then left the room after the boys stopped playing in the pool. It was extremely disturbing and I kept my kids close to me with him around. The hotel is pretty dirty. The couch in the room was stained to heck and sagging, the shower had pubic hair in it, the mirrors were scratched, the carpets old and stained and sticky. The rest of the furniture was chipped and old. The hotel is overpriced and again, dirty. The pool creeping staff member weirded me out. I don’t plan on staying here again.

Worse Management, I stayed here every year for slide water park. I will never stay here again. Management don’t have common sense of customer service. I understand why the hotel is understaff.

The staff was absolutely welcoming. The hotel property was well kept and safe feeling. The pool hours are nice especially with an adult only hours.
