Real Marina Residence

Ubicación excelente, a pocos pasos del paseo mafitimo y el Ria Mavina Center. Apartamento muy amplio, cocina bien equipada, terraza con vista lateral al mar. La habitación principal amplia, con vestier y cama muy comoda. Facil para aparcar el coche.

Es war mal wieder ein großartiger Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit.

Auf dem Dach gibt es einen Pool, auf den wir uns gefreut haben. Der war jedoch gesperrt und wir wussten es vorher nicht. Das war schade.

2bed apartment was very spacious, perfect location, lovely sea view. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook (we didn’t).

No washing machine, there was a launderette in the shops below the apartment, but I think a family apartment should have a washing machine. The pool on the roof is small but ok to cool off in. No hand rails to help you get in, I’m 70 with arthritis in my foot, hand rails would have been nice.

Good location but a little bit noisy so I can imagine how noisy it gets during a summer season

Location is very good, short walk to lovely restaurants and marina. This is our 5th stay, 3rd time staying in apartments been going to apartments since 2018, decor, furniture not changed, needs an upgrade, bathrooms needs a freshen up, clean enough just tired. Beds comfortable, apartments are spacious, kitchen well equipped.

Quality of towels & bath mats are poor/old, need to be replaced. Not enough of them in the apartment. Shower door in en-suite leaked. Kitchen could do with extra mugs, glasses and tea towels. We had a three bedroom apartment for 6 adults, in the lounge there was only a large two seater sofa. There was a dining table with 6 chairs not comfortable to sit at for any length of time.
