"On general not too bad but could have been better"

Away from tourists trap area

And need car or transport to travel for local food. The bathroom wasn’t renovated properly with a lot of mold or dark stain on silicone sealant on the edges and rust on the bathtub. The gym bicycle was not functioning properly.

Ideally situated near the town center, this hotel offers excellent connectivity. I found the underground parking very convenient, and the front desk staff provided a prompt check-in. There was a great variety of breakfast options to choose from

It was difficult for my wife to use the bathtub safely as there weren't any handrails installed nearby. The lack of safety rails around the bathtub made it quite challenging for my wife to enter and exit the tub safely.

"Comfortable"

Comfortable room, soundproofing is good enough. Buy far this is the best hotel I have stayed at this price point and if i were to come to Ipoh again, I will come back to this hotel.

Basement carpark has no lift link to the hotel lobby. Not a big problem, just recommended to drop off elderly or luggage at the lobby first before going to basement parking.

Nice customer service.

Very noise with construction work not early information regarding construction..make me migrain pain. Support they give room to other floor. Didn't tell tht construction work for two days.
