Loved the quiet relaxing atmosphere and the room was bigger than expected!

The hot tub didnt seem to be fully functional. Seemed like the jet covers were removed and theres no way to turn them on or off and it wasnt really that hot. But this wasnt a big deal for us.

The two staff that seemed to do everything all week were very nice and accommodating

No elevator. Inflexible booking. I made two requests each over a month ahead of time and they were unable to accommodate either
