Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Up to 2 children 8 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.

Localização, ambiente, o resort é muito lindo, um lugar para relaxar, aproveitar e estar em meio a um cenário maravilhoso. Piscina natural com peixes na parte da manhã. Programação para adultos e crianças Buffet de café da manhã e jantar completo, com diversas opções Passeio de lancha com ótimo atendimento e conforto

Atendimento da enfermeira poderia ser mais proativo após procurá-la e me recomendar que tomasse o que já estava acostumada

Desayuno muy bueno, como todas las veces que fuimos al Resort. Habitaciones cómodas, aunque noté la falta de 1 mesa de noche.....Excelente la recreación, principalmente por parte de Laisa. Muy bien la atención de parte del personal de servicio y meseros/as. Y no puedo olvidarme de la gente encargada de la excursión a la Isla Santo Alexio....

En general, todo muy bien

A localização. A praia é excepcional e a piscina também.

O quarto muito pequeno, banheiro sem exaustor nem janela, internet não funciona no quarto e a comida no restaurante oscila muito.
