Rooms need serious updates and repair. Holes in the floor covered by carpet tiles is dangerous!

Motel 6 on a golf course. Over priced and not very many options in the vicinity, old building and rooms, dirty rug carpet like in an old restaurant, run down, poor water pressure. Will work if your in a pinch.

Location was convenient.

Security guard who checked us in at 8pm was less than friendly. The hot tub was way way too hot. And I love a hot tub! I couldn’t stay in it for more than a minute or two. Rooms need updating.

We especially liked that it faced the driving range and not the parking lot. We did like that there were two sinks. We liked that the room was spacious.

The whole room was old and seemed almost moldy and has very dark colors--needs updating for sure! The carpet is not clean. The pillows were hard and lumpy--luckily I was able to borrow one from my daughter so I could sleep! The mattress was thin and uncomfortable--it had coils I could feel. the lighting in the bathroom and sink areas was harsh and made it difficult for my husband to shave. The amenities such as shampoo and soap were skimpy--the soap was not replaced after we used it once. there was no conditioner for my hair. The hair dryer was very old and had limited settings.

"Enjoyed our stay"

This is a good place to stay in Santee. The service was great at the hotel, restaurant, cleaning people, and at the golf course. It's quiet and fairly modern. Parking is easy and abundant. The bed is on the firm side, which wasn't great for us, but I know a lot of people like that. The food at the restaurant is very good and priced fairly. The golf course isn't int he best shape. the greens are great, but the rest of the course has a lot of gopher problems. The tee boxes are very uneven. That being said the price is worth a round or two while you're there.
