Occidental Boa Vista Beach

le point fort de l'hotel est la répartition des différents "lieux de vie" ( salle à manger,bar,piscines etc) la nourriture est simple mais (très)bonne et variée. tout est propre et l'entretien est permanent tant le ramassage de papiers tombés au sol que des tables que les reprises de peinture au mur que la réfection d'un carrelage cassé etc le personnel est souriant, serviable et toujours pret à rendre service l'animation(commune avec celle du lookéa)est présente sans etre pesante 2 remarques négatives:c'est la galère pour obtenir les serviettes de plage car ils sont en permanence en rupture de stock la 2° remarque est la présence permanente (du moins à cette saison)du vent

Séjour de 3 jours pour farniente après 1 semaine de marche sur Santo Antao. Hotel Idéal pour le repos et la baignade. Plage de dune magnifique. Buffets très variés et nourriture tout à fait correcte. Personnel très efficace et souriant.

Ho soggiornato 11 giorni presso la struttura. Il personale del resort, ad esclusione di una minoranza, è maleducato, spesso è incompetente e poco sensibile alle questioni igieniche. Ho conosciuto alcuni responsabili della struttura e credo di aver compreso la ragione per la quale il personale è così scadente. Le lacune più grosse le ho riscontrate alla reception. Per quanto riguarda il cibo il giudizio è decisamente scarso. La pulizia della camere è approssimativa. È molto evidente la mancanza della cura del dettaglio in tutta la struttura.

три дня номер не убирался, полотенца не менялись. у нас был оплачен номер на 4 дня, мы приехали на день позже чем должны были и оказалось что номер для нас не готов. пришлось ждать около 2 часов. WIFI платный и только на ресепшен. в остальном все отлично, прекрасная разнообразная еда, шикарный двухкомнатный номер. пляж бассейн все отлично. до аэропорта 10 минут на такси.

Soggiorno molto confortevole, il resort all inclusive è inserito molto bene nel paesaggio, davanti ad una spiaggia bellissima. Servizi ottimi, con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La verdad es que fue un poco decepcionante, perdimos una noche de hotel (por culpa de la compañía aérea) y no tuvieron el detalle de preguntar si quiera por cómo habíamos llegado o invitarnos al almuerzo del último día, el personal del hotel que nos pareció decepcionante fue el de la dirección del hotel, el resto del personal un encanto. Lo curioso es que se trata de un todo incluido en el que hay que pagar ¡¡dos euros!! por una botella de agua...y conectarte a internet cuesta 4€ media hora. Cabo Verde es un país caro, pero los precios que se salían del todo incluido del hotel mucho más. Nosotros buscamos un trato un poco más personalizado y este hotel no lo da.

The hotel overall was very good ,the only major criticism was poor language skills of some of the staff. We had to ask directions from hotel reps from other companies to find out where hotel facilities were. They are more geared up to German guests. However, enjoyed Boa Vista and this hotel and would go again. We had a suite with sea views with 2 balconies and really nice. worth the extra for the space and view. Varied selection of food with lots of fruit and fresh veg. Not enough sun loungers round the pool....always taken by very early rising guests.. and not enough sun beds on the beach. Beware of the wind!!! you don't notice just how hot it is because of the cooling wind, so its possible to get burnt very quickly without noticing.!!! Take plenty of sun cream and after sun. This is an ideal place just to chill out for a week or so as its quiet. However, we noticed as we were leaving, an influx of families with children and the hotel was full very quickly due to the beginning of the Easter school holidays. So if you like it more peaceful, chose a time when the kids are in school,

Наиболее адекватное соответсвие качества цене проживания. Хорошая еда. Доброжелательный персонал. Большая территория с замечательным садом. Болшая часть номеров имеет вид на океан. Номера просторные с балконами или патио, мебель и оборудованеи не новое, но в хорошем состоянии.В случае 100% заполнения отеля, лежаков на пляже и у бассейна не хватает. Водного центра нет, аренды досок и прочего оборудования нет. В серфинг центр можно доехать на такси. Пляжный отдых с обширной вечерней программой. Две команды аниматоров - для французов и интернациональная.
