"Expected more from quality inn"

There is no elevator. For seniors having to navigate the stairs with luggage was difficult. There was a cockroach in our bathroom.

Didn't eat breakfast at this location. Was afraid to with how bad the room was.

The feces on the bathroom wall. Disgusting. And the bugs were not welcome. And the fact that the curtains were held closed with a binder clip was the icing on the cake. I will NEVER EVER stay at another Quality Inn again.

It was a nice, clean place to stay for the night.

The hotel was great. The pool could be bigger and maybe an outside pool option... but was all very clean and nice. I was hoping their would be sidewalks to town by the shops so we didn't need to drive there. Again, not a hotel issue... but just something I thought would be possible based on the info provided online.
