Please note that the restaurant "La Table de l'Alpaga" is only open in the wintertime and is closed on Monday and Tuesday evenings. However, the restaurant "Le Bistrot de l'Alpaga" is open daily for lunch and dinner. Small pets are allowed. Maximum weight of 25kg. Number limited to one animal. 25€/night. Please note that the hotel's private car park costs 20€ per night with an addition of 0.50€/kwh for the electric vehicle charging station. Incredible hotel, staff and views. Can’t fault our stay. Staff were amazing throughout from arrival helping park and unpack our car. The lady in charge of breakfast made our stay. So friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable . The view from bed/balcony was breathtaking taking. Massive bath, it fit 2 grown adults. Food and drinks were outstanding . The breakfast was so yummy and to a great standard, lots of choice. Even offered to make my off menu vegetarian items for dinner. Would definitely stay again !

The interior decor of the property is lovely, very warm and cosy which you would want with a hotel in the Alps. A select members of staff were really great - the receptionist was very helpful, and Julian the driver was wonderful!

A member of staff burst into our room completely unannounced and didn't even acknowledging his error or give an apology; this is completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone 5 star. Other disappointments included: - the bistro light lunch menu was not available even though it was marketed online. - the service staff were very unprofessional and unable to communicate in English. This shouldn't be the case in a 5 star hotel and definitely let down the team. - the sparkling water was completely flat. - there is no temperature control in the rooms. - the outdoor wellness area and pool was a construction site, with mud everywhere and the pool cleaner still in during the day. - the hotel failed to respond to email correspondence via booking.com.

The space, the views, the quietness, the food and the kindness of the staff. Both "Bistro" and "Table" were delicious.

We stayed for a week and for 3 days (midweek) the swimming pool was open but some of the spa options weren't active despite of letting the guy at reception know we were going to the spa area.

Room is spacious, modern with style Some staff are wonderful and some not experienced at all. Inconsistent level of service. From excellent to really poor.

Breakfast is poor. For an hotel that level, you would expect much more variety and more high quality ingredients.
