Very pleasant stay. The hotel has a proper car park with enough parking spaces, which was extremely convenient after a long drive. The receptionist was very kind and professional and, without me even asking, immediately offered to have a staff member help carry my luggage upstairs as there is no lift in the building. The staff were equally helpful again the next morning when I asked for assistance to bring my luggage down. The room and bathroom were both very clean and well maintained. The hotel is in a very convenient central location and also has a lovely garden area. There is a restaurant on site as well, although I did not have time to try it during this stay. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming experience and I would happily stay here again in the future.

Pleasant hotel. Friendly staff. Within easy walking distance of the city centre. Good sized comfy rooms.

The situation of the hotel on a roundabout means getting in can be a bit tricky. Getting out is even more of an adventure as it not possible to get property oh to the roundabout but you are directed straight to one of the exits.

Ruime en heel goed geïsoleerde kamer, heel groot en goed bed. Lekker ontbijt voor weinig geld. Ruime parking. Op 15 minuten wandelen van het centrum van Canterbury.

Ontvangst kon iets hartelijker.
