Couchage confortable. Chambre spacieuse mais pas bien située de plus elles sont côte à côte et pas d'ascenseur. Un peu trop cher par rapport à l'annexe. Petit déjeuner copieux. Accueil chaleureux.
chambre sans aucun caractere ; visiblement le confort et la qualité n'est pas la préoccupation de la direction ; tout est blanc, propre cela dit...... une chambre d'hopital quoi..... Le service est prevenant ; mais 95€ avec un label 3 etoiles pour cette chambre ; ça peut faire sourir....ou pas !
Le personnel est accueillant, l’hôtel est très bien situé, plage à proximité, possibilité d'aller au bourg par les pistes cyclables. A recommander.
Personnel accueillant. Hôtel proche de la mer. Nous étions dans l'annexe, la chambre était confortable, seul bémol bruit découlement d'eau provenant des chambres supérieures!! Possibilité de restauration sur place. Petit déjeuné correct.
Chambre propre trop petite pour un 3 étoiles malgré le prix ,personnel accueillant ,avec une piscine très agréable , et un service de restauration très correct
When we arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk was rude and told us that our room on the top floor had NO ELEVATOR. We also saw cockaroaches on the floor and dead spiders everywhere. The room was VERY SMALL the size of a shoebox. She would not let us cancel the reservation without a penalty. Breakfast was horrible, nothing good being served. WORST experience of my life at a hotel. I will NEVER stay here and I warn everyone not to get scammed by staying here, you WILL BE SORRY!

L'hôtel avait été choisi pour faire une étape pour notre retour du Sud. La ville de La Tranche nous a un peu déçue. pas vraiment vivante ni authentique. Les plages sont très bien sauf qu'elles sont interdites aux chiens. L'hôtel est bien mais les chambres sont d'un confort sommaire, les sanitaires doivent impérativement être refaits. l'insonorisation des chambres est très mauvaises. Nous résidions dans le bâtiment arrière, cela fait peut-être une différence avec le bâtiment principal.
