Chauffage insuffisant et non réglable - dans la salle de bain pas de chauffage un dispositif non utilisable et pièce totalement embuée après une douche- chambre au dernier étage et mal isolée on entend vraiment beaucoup la circulation autour / Arrivée à 20:00 attente à l'accueil pour être enregistrée et nécessité d'interpeller une serveuse pour que quelqu'un s'occupe de moi

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et gouteux. les personnes qui s'en occupent sont toujours très à l'écoute des clients.

Ce n'est pas une doléance, mais le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de restauration les dimanche et lundi est regrettable.

"Il suffirait de presque rien..."

- L'emplacement central, à proximité de la cité internationale de la tapisserie, du musée des cartons..., d'un parking gratuit facile d'accès, des galeries, boutiques et restaurants. - Le restaurant de l'hôtel, savoureux repas, carte inventive, de belles découvertes.

- L'emplacement, trop bruyant la nuit - Un petit point négatif pour le petit déjeuner trop répétitif si on reste plusieurs jours
