Bemühtes, freundliches Personal. Gemütliche Atmosphäre, schnelle Reaktion der angestellten.

Es war sehr laut in meinem Zimmer. Man hätte mich fragen können, ob ich ein ruhigeres Zimmer bevorzuge. Beim aushecken erfuhr ich, es wäre möglich gewesen. Schade!

お寿司やさんのたけさんは、最高によいです。

主に子供のサマースクールの送迎を期待していた。送りのみしてくれたが、15分待つことを断られた。それがホテルの方針なら仕方ないが期待外れだし、私個人の理由なら、失礼。別の地域の五つ星ホテルでは、快く積極的に対応してくれる。今後、そういうホテルに泊まると思います。 スパのマッサージは期待はずれ。コースを選択する前にカウンセリングを丁寧にするとよいと思う。
