"Fabulous!"

Le Grand Bellevue is my favourite hotel anywhere in the world. I have been coming once a year for the last 5 years. The staff are unlike any hotel staff I have ever experienced anywhere else. Polite, incredibly kind and thoughtful and thoroughly charming - they are always going out of their way to surprise you with beautiful gestures that make your stay all the more comfortable. The food in the restaurant is also of a very high standard and I’m a spa lover and love the spa facilities here. Coming here always feels like coming home and I am always sad to leave. I have an electric car and appreciate the hotel having extensive fast charging facilities in their underground car park.

It’s a shame the hotel does not provide e-bikes for hire

Excellent Hotel for a special occasion £750.00 per night Sterling quite expensive Drinks very Expensive also Staff very well trained just a little over the top with greetings which the brits are not use too.

"Disappointing Experience at a Supposedly Luxury Hotel"

I recently stayed at Le Grand Bellevue for one night, and unfortunately, it was far from the experience I was expecting for the price. After an overpriced dinner, we returned to our room only to find a mouse on our bed. Naturally, I was shocked and immediately reported the issue to the reception. The front desk employee seemed surprised but quickly insinuated that it might have been our fault by asking if we had left the terrace door open. This was highly unprofessional and made us feel blamed for something completely unacceptable in a hotel of this supposed standard. We requested another room, and while they did manage to find one, it was presented as though we should be "lucky" they had a room available. To make matters worse, they didn’t offer any kind of compensation—no complimentary drink, water, or gesture of goodwill. For the high price, I expected far better service and a much more professional approach. This experience was disappointing and not at all what you would expect from a hotel that claims to be a luxury destination. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
